On October 24, 2016, I posted a page about a new pair of Dan Post "Milwaukee" Boots that I bought in September on close-out. These are classy dress boots that go very well with dress clothes, a suit, khakis, or denim jeans. Dressed up or down, these comfortable boots are great, especially for a guy on a budget.
On October 24, 2016, I posted a page about a new pair of Stetson "Outlaw" Boots that I bought in March 2016 and finally got around to posting photos. These are inexpensively-made boots that have an attractive leather inlay style on the shaft and vamp (foot.) These boots are not that comfortable, so an insole is required. These boots have a smooth leather sole, so despite the harness strap for an accent, these boots are not appropriate for use when riding a motorcycle.
On October 23, 2016, I geared up in my Northbound blue leather jeans with my Langlitz Cresent Jacket and Chippewa harness boots and went for a ride on my Harley to look for autumn leaf colors. The only colorful sight to be seen were my leathers.
On October 10, 2016, I geared up in a pair of Sliders protective denim jeans that my spouse bought for me on my birthday. The jeans were too long when I got them, and the spouse hemmed them so now they fit great. These are terrific riding gear for those times that I want to wear jeans, not leather.
On October 10, 2016, I took photos of a new-to-me pair of Harley-Davidson Elson Boots that I received on a trial basis. I tried them and do not like them. But the company that sent the boots to me asked me to keep them and write a review after wearing them on more rides. These boots are typical Harley-Davidson-labeled crap made in China. Run, don't walk, to another motorcycle boot manufacturer (like Chippewa) if you want quality USA-made boots.
On October 10, 2016, I posted a page about a new pair of Jack Erwin Carter "Combat" Boots that I bought in early October. These dress boots go well with a suit that I must wear on occasion. The boots became comfortable after breaking them in by wearing them for about 10 hours. The boots are six inches tall, have a one-inch stacked heel, and are made in Spain through a contract from Jack Erwin of New York, NY.
On October 2, 2016, I posted a page about a new pair of Heritage "Brazos" Boots that I bought in September on close-out. Man, these are good-looking, well-made, 48-pegged sole, natural-welted, tough calf-skin boots that add to my dress cowboy boot collection to wear to the office.
On October 1, 2016, I posted a page showing my CHP motorcycle breeches that I wear with Dehner Boots when I ride my Harley.
