I wear cowboy boots to work and for dress occasions. I got a pair of Dan Post Black Ostrich Leg Cowboy Boots from my partner as a gift. I liked them so much, I got a pair of the same style, but in brown, as a gift to myself when Boot Barn had a sale. The style is great, but they are also very comfortable to wear all day in an office setting.
The classic cowboy boots pictured below are great for my dress bootwear. They are 13" tall, have a scalloped leather shaft, all-leather sole, and J-pointed toe. The color is called antique tan, but they really are solid brown in color. The heels are 1-3/4" high. The foot of the boot is made of ostrich leg, and the shaft is made of leather.
