These Boots were very popular in the late '80s and they were originally made popular by Brooks & Dunn. They have 2-1/4" slant heels, pointed (J) toe, and have lizard inlays on the Boot top, sides, and shaft. They are fully leather lined and are comfortable to wear. They also "clunk" well.
I first got myself a pair of these boots in red and black, and liked them so much I bought these a few months later. I have worn these boots a lot over the years, and unfortunately didn't treat the lizard, so there are some yellow stains on the white inlay (and no, the stain is not caused by any biological product.) These Firewalkers go particularly well when I cowboy up in my Scully full-fringe black leather cowboy blazer.
