These are Lucchese Classic Handmade Boots, made of goatskin. These boots are among the best dress cowboy boots on the commercial market.
These L1506 model boots are standard 13" tall. I special-ordered them, and had to wait seven months to get them. What makes these boots different is that they have a 2-inch riding heel (Lucchese "6" heel) and a pointed narrow toe (Lucchese "3" toe). The rest of the boot design is standard: mule-ear pull straps, 2-1/2 inch scallop and an all-leather lemonwood-pegged sole. They are shiny and look great with dress clothes.
In March 2012, I bought a standard pair of these dressy boots that have a French toe and standard 1-5/8 inch heel.
I have similar pairs of these dress boots in other colors, too.
