Cowboy Boots
These Lucchese "1883" cowboy boots, model number N8533, are made of regular leather which is quite soft. The boots flop over when I take them off, which indicates how soft they are. They have a pointed but blunt toe. They are 13" high with a standard 1-1/2" cowboy walking heel and smooth leather sole. The color as noted by the manufacturer is "antique saddle" which is a light brown. They are comfortable and good-looking, but because the leather is so soft, the will scuff easily. I have discovered to my dismay that the "1883" brand of Lucchese boots aren't all that great because the leather is of inferior quality, though the construction of the boot is good.
