The official name of these boots according to Alcalas Western Wear (where I bought these boots) is: "Cognac tall 'Hot boots' with removable harness strap." They are style number 7167BRN.
These boots are made of soft cowhide. They are 18" tall and have a 1-1/2" heel (unlike most Sendra boots which have a much shorter heel). They have the traditional Sendra X (very pointed) toe. The harness strap is removable by unsnapping the strap that goes under the boot's sole (unlike most harness boots whose harness straps are sewn into the side of each sole.)
Knowing that Sendra boots usually have narrow shafts, Alcalas stretched them for me at no additional charge. I usually wear a standard size US - 10D boot, but I ordered these boots in size 10-1/2D. They fit better, as Sendra boots seem to run about a half-size small. The extra length of the boot sole accommodates more room for my toes in the pointed ends of the foot.
Update: after wearing these boots for a few months, I have learned that these boots are uncomfortable for me to wear. I am disappointed with their lack of comfort and no room inside to accommodate a quality insole. I plan to sell these boots on eBay sometime.
