These black harness boots are vintage Dingo Boots from the 1970s. They are 14" tall and have Neoprene Vulcan rubber tread sole. They've been used a lot on my earlier motorcycles. In a couple photos below, I'm wearin' them with black Levi jeans and a Harley-Davidson sleeveless shirt/vest.
The front harness straps have four grommets, adding an interesting feature. The soles are well-worn and make a great clunk when walking on wood floors.
