I bought these boots from the Wesco factory in early 1989. I was particularly attracted to the unusual orange-ish color, called "Redwood". The color makes a striking contrast with blue denim jeans or black leather. These boots are unlined, and are 22" tall when on my feet. That makes them uncomfortable to wear, because the boots rub across the back of my knees when I sit. They were stock, meaning that their circumference is such that I can wear them, but they are not wide enough to accommodate jeans or leather tucked inside any more. The boots have one buckle at the top, and Vibram 100 soles. I have used them a lot for riding my motorcycle, which you can tell from the shifter scuffing on the toe of the right boot.
And back in 1994:
