I bought these boots from the Wesco factory in early 1989. I was particularly attracted to the unusual orange-ish color, called "Redwood". The color makes a striking contrast with blue denim jeans or black leather. These boots are unlined, and are 20" tall when on my feet. They were fitted to standard, stock, measurements -- meaning that their 16.5-inch calf circumference is such that I can wear them, but they are not wide enough to accommodate jeans or leather tucked inside. The foot is a standard US-10D, and it still fits fine. The boots have one buckle at the top, and Vibram 100 lug soles. I have used them a lot for riding my motorcycles, which you can tell from the shifter scuffing on the toe of the right boot. Because I now have many other pairs of Wesco Boots that were made custom to fit me, I have decided to sell these boots if I get a good offer. Let me know.
And back in 1994:
