This is a Bell Pro Police SD600 helmet in CHP colors -- gold 3/4 panel and blue front. The decal on the front was purchased from a police uniform supply company based in Arlington, Virginia. You cannot buy a helmet with a decal, but you can buy the helmet in these colors and apply a decal yourself, if you wish.
