I said on my page about how to assemble a CHP uniform not to get a CHP uniform in full leather only for the fact that most guys who wear one wear it to leather fetish events held in dark bars. Leather of this light color stands out like a neon sign (IMHO). Well, someone sent me a pair of CHP breeches in leather to try out and see what I thought, and perhaps to change my mind.
These breeches are comfortable and fit well. They look good with my my bal-laced Dehner patrol boots. However, the fly closure that came on them was made of such cheap snaps that they opened without any help. I had a zipper sewn in instead. I will continue to enjoy my CHP cloth uniform for fetish wear, and may ride my Harley from time to time with these breeches and patrol boots on.
