This fringed vest goes with a full fringed cowboy outfit, including Fringed Leather Jeans, Fringed Leather Shirt, and a Fringed Dress Leather Jacket. It has fringe along the front and back, and two small pockets. The label says "Steer Brand." I got it from mailorder sometime in the '80s.
