I had these grey outside-zip motorcycle chaps custom made by Northbound Leather of Toronto, Canada in October, 2004. They fit great. Outside zippers make them better for use when riding the Harley so the zippers don't scratch the paint. These chaps also feature a double burgundy stripe down each leg, and pockets on the front that fit a pack of Marlboros well.
I also had a pair of shorts made from the same grey leather to use as underchaps, so I can wear them out in public.
They work well with tall black Boots on the outside Chippewa Engineer Boots or Chippewa Motor Patrol Boots and with Grey dress Cowboy Boots as well. They also contrast well with blue jeans.
