Disclaimer: I am not a sworn law enforcement officer. This uniform is purely for leather fetish interests of my own. I do not wear it in public, and never in the State of California.
I have always wanted a full leather uniform, but wanted a dark one because it looks better with my physique, and is consistent with recommendations in my Complete Guide to Leather Gear. The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) motorcycle officers have always looked hot in their midnight blue uniforms. In March, 2007, I got fitted for a custom LAPD uniform which I purchased at 665 Leather of West Hollywood, California (Los Angeles). The service was superb and the quality of their leather garments is outstanding.
The full leather shirt has short sleeves measured to my liking with LAPD patches and bike cop sergeant rank insignia on each sleeve. The leather is thick, but soft and comfortable. It has a hidden front zipper under a snap placket.
The full leather breeches are incredible in their quality and fit. The legs taper to narrow, zipper-closed finished ends, so they fit comfortably inside tall patrol boots shown in the pics below. The leather is thick yet soft. There are reflective stripes down the side of each leg. Scroll down to see various videos of me in this uniform and patrol boots.
