These are a pair of full leather "battle dress utility" (BDU) pants. These pants get the name because they copy the style of pants worn by field duty military. They are loose-fitting, and have six pockets (two rear, two front, and two cargo pockets on the side of each leg.)
I bought them from Mr. S Leather of San Francisco. These leather pants are great for motorcycling, providing roominess for ease-of-movement as well as plenty of pockets to hold stuff. They also look good bloused into combat or firefighter boots. They do not have the typical draw-string tie at the bottom of each leg, but with a little ingenuity (that is, tucking them carefully into socks), they blouse well over boots.
