This wrist cuff was custom-made by Eastern Oregon Leather. It is made of thick black leather and is custom-sized to my wrist. It closes with two buckles. I wear it sometimes by itself, or sometimes on one wrist while I wear its black/brown twin on the other wrist.
Wrist bands mean nothing in the gay men's coding system (such as a hanky code). It is just an interesting, masculine, accessory.
