These are the boots I have received in 2016, photographed, and posted on this website:

Lucchese Colby Buck
Details: Lucchese GY1526 COLBY Mens Stonewash Buck Oil calfskin boots, snip toe on leather vamp, stonewashed denim upper. Leather sole. Handmade in Texas, but a rip-off considering the shafts are made of denim (cotton.) I found a sale and bought these boots in December, 2016.

Nocona brown ostrich cowboy boots
Details: Brown square-toe full-quill ostrich boots. 1.5 inch heel, and smooth leather soles. Stock number NB2036. Great close-out price when I bought these boots in December, 2016.

Allen Edmonds Dalton Bourbon dress boots. These boots were on sale in December, 2016, so I bought them to add to my dress boot collection. They are are very well-made, high-end dress boots that I wear to work when I have to dress up.

Big-ass Bal-laced Dehner patrol boots. I bought these Dehner boots deliberately large -- they are 18.5 inches tall and have a 17.75-inch calf circumference. These boots were reasonably priced at a cop discount. I will wear them with Langlitz leather competition breeches that are on order and will be ready in February, 2017.

Allen Edmonds Sturgis 2.0 bootsAllen Edmonds brown Sturgis 2.0 dress boots. I liked the black version of these boots that I bought in June so much, I took advantage of a closeout sale in September to snatch up a pair in brown before they were discontinued. Very comfortable boots!

Independent Boot Co. Sanderson II dress boots. These boots were on sale for less half-price in October, 2016. I bought them to add to my dress boot collection that I wear to work. These boots are okay, but made of soft leather that scuffs easily.

Allen Edmonds Dalton Walnut dress boots. These boots were on sale in October, 2016, so I bought them to add to my dress boot collection. They are are very well-made, high-end dress boots that I wear to work when I have to dress up.

Jack Erwin Carter dress boots. This dress boot competes with other top brands but is much better priced. Made in Spain through a contract with Jack Erwin of New York, these wingtip boots have a full-grain calfskin upper, are fully leather lined, and a hand-stitched leather outsole. Reinforced stacked heel. Goodyear welted. I bought them in September, 2016.

Heritage Brazos BootsHeritage Brown Brazos Boots. I bought these boots in late September, 2016, on a close-out sale and to try this brand of boots. Man, they're very well-made and good-looking. They fit well, though I intentionally bought them one size larger than my as-measured size. These basic boots are made of calfskin leather, have pegged soles, and natural welt. Great to add to my dress boot collection.

Harley-Davidson Elson boots. These boots are made in China with the famous Harley-Davidson label. They are cheaply made crap. I received them in August, 2016, on a trial basis, and then was told after submitting my review to keep them. These boots are somewhat uncomfortable and are falling apart after a month's wear.

Dan Post dress brown boots I bought these boots on a great sale in August, 2016. These are traditional dressy Dan Post cowboy boots. 13 inches tall, standard 1-1/2-inch heel. These boots are very comfortable and look great with dress clothes, suits, khakis, or denim jeans.

Allen Edmonds Sturgis 2.0 bootsAllen Edmonds black Sturgis 2.0 dress boots. I bought these boots in June, 2016, on sale. They make great business casual dress boots to wear to the office, are made of rugged oiled cowhide, and have lug soles so they are perfect for use on the Harley. A win-win!

17-inch Chippewa brown engineer boots. I bought these boots in May, 2016. These boots are from the retro Chippewa "1937" lineup. They are 17-inch engineer boots made with brown Horween Chromexcel (tanned) leather. They look great, but require resoling with a Vibram 430 sole to dispense with a useless and slippery leather sole in order to make these boots useful for motorcycle riding.

Chippewa brown harness boots. These are regular 12-inch distressed brown harness boots made by Chippewa. They have a Vibram 430 mini-lug sole, and are identical to their black brothers I enjoy so much. These boots are very comfortable and exceptionally well-made.

Thorogood station boots. These are 8-inch front zipper boots made in the station boot style. The boots are made from a combination of black smooth high shine leather on the vamp (foot) and full grain padded leather on the upper (shaft). In my opinion, this combination looks weird. The sole is not made by Vibram, but is made from lightweight polyurethane. The sole is claimed to be oil- and slip-resistant in a mini-grid pattern. The shank is made from fiberglass. I was asked to try these boots out to compare them with Chippewa, and it's a no-brainer: Chippewa firefighter boots are much better.

Stetson Outlaw harness boots. I bought these boots in March, 2016, but did not get around to taking pictures and posting them until October. These are all-leather cowboy boots with a wingtip overlay under a 13" matching leather shaft with leather inlays, a stacked heel, single stitched welt and a snip toe profile. They are moderately comfortable. Made in Mexico.

Lucchese Classics Navy Lizard cowboy boots. I bought these boots on sale in November, 2015, and they arrived in March, 2016. They are style number L1290. They foot is made of teju lizard skin and is dyed navy blue. The shaft is leather, dyed cognac and has mayela stitching and a Greer collar. The sole is solid leather. The toe is #11 "John Wayne", with a heel height of #4, cowboy walking. Shaft Height: 12".

American Rebel Folsom Snakeprint cowboy boots. I bought these boots for practically nothing in late October, 2015. These boots were so cheap because they are made mostly of plastic, except for navy blue leather on the foot. The looked cool, but are poorly constructed and cheaply made.

Lucchese black cherry caiman belly short cowboy bootsLucchese "Since 1883" Caiman Belly Roper-height Boots. I bought these boots in October, 2015, on sale at half the MSRP because most men don't like short boots like these. They are comfortable, and when worn with slacks over them (as usual), they look great. These boots make a fine addition to my cowboy boot collection.

Justin damiana cowboy bootsJustin Tan/Red Damiana Boots. I bought these boots in October, 2015, on sale. They are okay (not great) comfort-wise, but I like the red leather shafts and their appearance. These boots have the more popular broad square toe found on cowboy boots these days. These boots make a good contribution to the "general cowboy boot" category of my collection.

Lucchese Classic Peat Elephant cowboy bootsLucchese Classic Peat Elephant Boots. I bought these boots in December, 2015, on sale. They are very comfortable and are striking in their appearance. The skin of the foot is made from carefully harvested African elephant and is unique in its appearance. The shaft leather is made from Jersey calf. These are amazing boots, sure to capture attention.

Dan Post square toe ostrich bootsDan Post Square Toe Ostrich Boots. I bought these boots in October, 2015, on sale. They are very comfortable but cheaply made-in-Mexico latest fashion boots (square toe, low heel is what young men are buying in the mid 2015s.) These boots look good with denim jeans when knockin' about the neighborhood. The soles have little traction, so these boots are not suitable for use when riding my Harley.

Allen Edmonds Long Branch bootsAllen Edmonds cognac Long Branch dress boots. I bought these boots in December, 2015, on sale. They make great dress boots to wear to the office, and have lug soles, perfect for use on the Harley. A win-win!

Lucchese Black Hornback Caiman BootsLucchese Since 1883 Black Caiman Tail. I bought these boots in December, 2015, on sale. They make great dress boots to wear to the office!

Lucchese Black Hornback Caiman BootsLucchese Since 1883 Brown Caiman Tail. I bought these boots in December, 2015, on sale. They make great dress boots to wear to the office and are similar in style to a cognac colored pair that I bought earlier in 2015.

Lucchese Black Crocodile Belly BootsLucchese Since 1883 Crocodile Belly boots. I bought these boots in December, 2015, on sale. They make great dress boots to wear to the office.

Vulcan Fuse Harness BootsVulcan Fuse Harness boots. I bought these boots for almost nothing in December, 2015. The are made in Pakistan. The boots are lined, so they are warmer than traditional harness boots, and have a lug sole. But quality remains questionable considering where they are made.

These are the boots that are awaiting photography and posting:
