2008 Harley-Davidson FLHR (Road King Classic)

I saved long and hard to achieve my goal of buying a new Harley. This is a Road King Classic, designed for touring and enjoying a comfortable ride. As I got used to it, I had to change the bars so the bike would fit me better, and add a driver's back rest to improve the comfort. I enjoy riding this bike with a group who go on many organized rides. I also commute to work with it almost every day.

I enjoyed riding my Harley-Davidson FXDL (Dyna Low Rider) from 1994 - 2008 and have moved up to a newer, bigger, bike with this purchase.

Note: I always wear a helmet when I ride my motorcycle, even in states where helmets are not required by law. In the pics below, I may be sitting on my bike without a helmet, but I'm not actually riding it -- just posing for some pics.
