American Rebel Boots

American Rebel boots are one of at least four product names of boots made in Mexico through a manufacturing agreement with Acumen Brands (now called OneCountry) of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Acumen Brands/OneCountry retails these boots through its retailer, Country Outfitter, among other third-party resellers.

Acumen Brands also sells boots in the Eight Second Angel, Independent Boot Company and Redneck Riviera lines.

Styles of boots made: cowboy boots.

Value: American Rebel boots present a moderate value for the price paid. The boots are not as well-made as others.

Bootmen's experience: bhd's experience with these boots has been generally okay, but not overwhelmingly enthusiastic. American Rebel boots look good, but have smooth soles which slip easily on smooth pavement. While some of the boot models from this company are marketed as motorcycle (“biker” boots), due to the smooth leather sole, these boots pose a safety hazard for safety-oriented motorcycle operators.

Availability: County Outfitter is the primary retailer. A few other licensed third-party vendors sell American Rebel boots.

Custom sizing: Not available.

How to order: Try on and purchase in brick-and-mortar stores or from on-line vendors such as Country Outfitter.
