These dress boots are made by Allen Edmonds in Port Washington, Wisconsin, USA.
These boots are "bourbon" (medium/dark brown) in color, are six inches tall, have a one-inch stacked heel, and have a smooth leather sole. The color name is taken from the name of the alcohol as a marketing appeal to yuppies.
The boots are made of fine calfskin, are fully leather-lined, and Goodyear welted. They fit true-to-size.
The only problem that I had with these boots when new was that the tongue squeaked badly when it rubbed against the inside of the boot. Leather conditioner did not reduced the loud squeaking. The only thing that worked -- quite effectively -- was to spray both sides of the tongue under the laces with a light coating of vegetable oil (aka "Pam.") Eliminated the squeaking immediately! This post on my blog explains how I did it.
